Bring in the Instruction about procedure for appointment and payment of professional pensions approved by the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 22, 2011 No. 9 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 74, 10/141), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Purpose of professional pensions is performed by city, district, district department of the regional, Minsk municipal government of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus in the city (Fonda) at the place of residence or the actual accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of insured person based on the statement for purpose (renewal) of early professional pension or the statement for purpose of additional professional pension in form according to appendix 1 or 2 (daleezayavleniye about purpose of professional pension daleeotdet).";
1.2. in Item 10:
the fourth to state part in the following edition:
"Renewal of early professional pension is performed based on the statement of insured person for purpose (renewal) of early professional pension since the month following after month of its giving in department of Fund.";
