1. Bring in the paragraph the fourth Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the size of the losses caused to land users by withdrawal at them of the parcels of land and demolition of the real estate objects located on them, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of March 26, 2008 No. 462 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 83, 5/27442; 2009, No. 14, 5/29081), following change and amendment:
state the paragraph in the following edition:
"lost profit, except as specified seizures of land from forest lands of forest fund for expansion on height of wood and shrubby vegetation (plantings) * glades of air-lines of electricity transmission in each party from extreme wires;";
add the paragraph with the interlinear note of the following content:

* Height of wood and shrubby vegetation (plantings) is understood as the average height of the forest breed prevailing on inventories which is in the upper tier increased by ten percent taking into account its perspective growth within 25 years.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
