From the date of entry into force of this Code to recognize invalid the Housing code of the Turkmen SSR approved by the Law of the Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic of June 28, 1983 (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Turkmen SSR, 1983, No. 18, the Art. 44), all subsequent laws or their corresponding parts which made changes and additions to it.
Article 4. Until reduction of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan in compliance with the Housing code of Turkmenistan they act so far as do not contradict this Code.
Article 5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in three-months time to bring regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan into accord with this Code.
