About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of part two of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2010 "About veterinary activities" and subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Veterinary health regulations of fight against the African plague of the pigs approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2009 No. 84:

1.1.1. add Item 3 with paragraphs the eighth and ninth the following content:

"the unsuccessful site - part of the territory of the organization of the closed type on which there are pigs, sick or suspicious on disease;

the site of observation - part of the territory of the organization of the closed type on which cases of pigs or pigs, suspicious on disease, are not established.";

1.1.2. in Item 14 part one:
