This Law regulates the legal, organizational, administrative and other relations arising in the course of establishment, arrangement, maintenance and functioning of frontier for the purpose of ensuring boundary safety and development of the state.
Operation of this Law extends to citizens of the state, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, state bodies, their officials, the organization and public associations entering legal relationship in the boundary sphere.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
frontier - the conditional closed surface or the set of such surfaces determining space limits of the territory of the state (sushi, waters, subsoil, airspace);
