2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to notify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom Netherlands about approval of this Memorandum.
3. To the Ministry of Finance to take necessary measures for realization of provisions of the specified Memorandum.
