For the purpose of experimental approbation of the principles, approaches and criteria by determination of objective rating assessment of scientific and pedagogical activities of the highest educational institutions of the country taking into account the international experience, requirements and standards:

2. The working commission (B.Yu.Khodiyev) in two weeks critically to review structure, indicators and level of points of system of rating assessment of the highest educational institutions determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2012 No. 371, their compliance to the international criteria and standards, target tasks of increase in level and quality of scientific and pedagogical activities of higher education institutions, training of the highly qualified specialists demanded in industries and spheres of economy.

At the same time to pay special attention on the following major criteria of scientific and pedagogical activities of higher education institutions with establishment of high points:

level and quality of teaching in comparison with foreign higher education institutions, the qualification level of professorial personnel, ownership of them of the modern pedagogical technologies providing teaching at the level of the international requirements, participation of teachers of domestic higher education institutions in lecturing in foreign higher education institutions;

level of employment of university graduates in the specialty and quality of the organization of work of higher education institutions with the companies for which prepare personnel;

efficiency of the carried-out scientific and prospecting works, first of all condition of experimental and laboratory base of higher education institutions, equipment degree as their modern equipment, carrying out scientific applied researches based on the companies, research institutions and design offices.
