3. To the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan together with local executive bodies of the government to carry out practical works for creation of workshops on production of compound feeds for fishes.
4. To local executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Sughd and Khatlon areas, the cities of Nurek, Kayrakkum and Panjekent, the regions Abdurakhmona Dzhami, Mir Sayid of Alija Hamadoni, Dzhilikulsky, Kumsangirsky districts to take necessary measures for recovery of production capacities fish farms.
