About entering of amendments and changes into some codes of the Republic of Belarus concerning mediation development

Article 1. Bring in the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998 (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1999, No. 7-9, of Art. 101; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 132, 2/1330; 2008, No. 157, 2/1444; 2010, No. 6, 2/1650; 2011, No. 8, 2/1793) following amendments:
1. No. 96-Z is excluded according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 31.12.2013
2. In Article 203:
add Item 1 with the subitem 6 of the following content:
"6) if the agreement on mediation application is signed.";
add Item 3 with part three of the following content:
"In case of agreement signature about mediation application the current of term of limitation period stops from the date of the conclusion of such agreement about day of the termination of mediation.".
Article 2. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 1998 in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2004 (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1999, No. 13-14, of Art. 195; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 138-139, 2/1064; 2008, No. 175, 2/1492; 2011, No. 8, 2/1793) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the conciliatory procedure - the mediation which is carried out according to this Code after initiation of proceeedings in economic court;";
after the paragraph of the twelfth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"the conciliation agreement - the mediativny agreement signed by the parties by results of holding conciliatory procedure in economic court;";
