Article 1. Bring in the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 76, 2/50; 2006, No. 111, 2/1242; 2010, No. 16, 2/1651; 2011, No. 4, 2/1775; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 2/1960) following changes and amendments:
1. Regarding the 2nd Article 57 to replace the word of "seven" with the word of "ten".
2. To add part 6 of Article 61 with the second offer of the following content: "Irrespective of the property right the vehicle which was managed by person who committed crime, stipulated in Article 3171 of this Code is subject to special confiscation (except for the vehicles which were disposed from legal ownership of the owner (user) in spite of himself or as a result of illegal actions of other persons).".
3. Add Article 317 with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:
"4. Road traffic offense or operation of vehicles by person managing the vehicle in alcohol intoxication or in the condition caused by consumption of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs, the toxic or other stupefying substances, the death of the person or the causing heavy bodily harm which entailed on imprudence
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of up to seven years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities.
5. The act provided by part 4 of this Article, which entailed the death of two or more persons on imprudence
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of four up to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities.".

"Article 3171. Vehicle control by person who is in state of intoxication, transfer of vehicle control to such person or refusal of passing of check (survey)
