About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About power"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan from 29 November, 2000 "About power" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan 2000, No. 11, Art. 504; 2005, No. 12, Art. 633; 2007, No. 6, Art. 436; 2007, No. 7, Art. 672; 2009, No. 9-10, of Art. 549; 2011, No. 6, Art. 440) following changes and amendments:
1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. To designate Chapters of the Law in the Arab figures and to write with capital letters.
3. In Article 2:
- the name and the first offer of the text of Article to state in the following edition:
"Article 2. The basic concepts In this Law are used the following basic concepts:";
- in the paragraph the twelfth to "foreign investor" shall be replaced with words words to "the domestic and foreign investor".
4. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on power
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on power is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
5. To state the last paragraphs of Articles 6 and 7 in the following edition:
"-implementation of other powers, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan.".
6. To exclude from part two of Article 10 of the word "about power".
7. In the text of Article 12 of the word "the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words to "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
8. In part two of Article 16 of the word to "foreign investors" shall be replaced with words to "domestic and foreign investors".
9. State Article 17 in the following edition:
