About some questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize by separation in the procedure established by the legislation public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of transport control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine that financing of public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of transport control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of signing.
