About modification and amendments in the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About local authorities of the government"

1. Second and third Article 15 to exclude parts.

2. The nineteenth and twentieth parts one of Article 20 to exclude paragraphs.

3. Add with Article 20 (1) the following content:

"Article 20 (1). Procedure for position assignment and dismissal of heads of local structures of the central executive bodies of the government

Heads of local structures of the central executive bodies of the government in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, area, the city of Dushanbe, the city and the area financed from the corresponding local budget are appointed to position and dismissed by chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, area, city of Dushanbe, city and area from written consent of heads of the central executive bodies of the government, and the made decisions are submitted for approval of the relevant Majlis of People's Deputies.
