About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2009 No. 238 "About approval of Rules of pricing in the controlled markets"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2009 No. 238 "About approval of Rules of pricing in the controlled markets" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 13, the Art. 93) the following changes and amendment:

"By results of carrying out monitoring of the prices and (or) based on claims, information, data specifying establishment of the unreasonable price and also in cases of failure to carry out by the subject of the controlled market of the obligations established by subitems 3) and 3-1) articles 7-3 of the Law, the authorized body carries out expertize of the price according to these rules.";

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The authorized body requests the additional information in writing, according to the paragraph the fifth the subitem 1) of article 7-3 of the Law.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
