About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80, 1998, No. 6, the Art. 226) the following amendments and changes:

1. Regarding 1 Article 99:

4. To add the subitem 4 of Item 2 of article 1120 after the words "and social security" with words ", except for the rights to means of pension accruals from the accumulation pension funds".

5. Add Article 1166 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. The means of pension accruals on the national social insurance which were not demanded by heirs cannot be recognized as escheated. Actions, the stipulated in Article 32 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" are applied to the specified means of pension accruals.".
