About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 761) the following amendments and changes:

1. Add Article 8 with paragraphs the eighth - the tenth the following content:

3. In Article 13:

add part 4 with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:

"-state registration number of issue of securities;

- start and end dates of placement of securities;";

add part 6 with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:

"-state registration number of issue of securities;

- start and end dates of placement of securities,".

4. Article 15:

add with part of 2-1 following content:

"2-1. It is forbidden to offer publicly in case of issue of securities securities if the issuer does not register condition of public offer and the prospectus.";
