In standards of disclosure of information by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2004 No. 24 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 4, Art. 282; 2010, No. 33, Art. 4431; 2012, No. 23, Art. 3008):

a) add Item 11 with subitems "i" and "k" of the following content:

"i) about passports of services (processes) according to the single quality standards of servicing by the network organizations of consumers of services of the network organizations. The passport of service (process) is understood as the document keeping information on stages and on terms systematized in chronological order for the service (the performed process) rendered to consumers, procedure for cost determination (if the legislation of the Russian Federation provides collection of payment for execution of service (process), and also the description of result with indication of the regulatory legal acts regulating rendering the corresponding service (process implementation);

j) about persons intending to redistribute the maximum capacity of the power receiving devices belonging to them for benefit of other persons including:

the name of person who intends to perform redistribution of the maximum capacity of the power receiving devices belonging to it, and its contact information;
