Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy, facilities for production of electrical energy, and also the objects of electric grid economy belonging to the network organizations and other persons, to power networks, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 No. 861 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 52, Art. 5525; 2007, No. 14, Art. 1687; 2010, No. 40, Art. 5086; 2012, No. 23, Art. 3008; No. 52, Art. 7525).
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision in 90-day time to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.
