Some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of law-enforcement bodies and optimization of management system the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession of Committee of road traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to it.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
