in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitems 51), 52) of the following content:

52) development and approval of technique of efficiency evaluation of legal support of state bodies, its methodological maintenance.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
