About approval of the Instruction about simplified taxation system of small business entities

For the purpose of implementation of the tax legislation Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about simplified taxation system of small business entities.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and State tax authorities under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the Instruction approved by this resolution to taxpayers and to provide its execution.

3. Publish this resolution in mass media.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of finance of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The instruction about simplified taxation system of small business entities

I. General provisions

1. This Instruction is developed based on the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About simplified taxation system of small business entities" and determines procedure for administration and application of simplified taxation system.

2. In this Instruction the following concepts are used:

- "gross revenue" - the amount of means in monetary and natural value received by the taxpayer from sales of goods (works, services), except for the value added tax, the income from property leasing;
