About modification and amendments in some legal acts of Turkmenistan

I. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Law of Turkmenistan of 23.05.2015.

2. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About radiation safety", adopted on August 15, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 3, the Art. 57):

3. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About the state support of small and medium entrepreneurship", adopted on August 15, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 3, the Art. 58): 

to state part one of Article 5 in the following edition:
