To Establish 1) the number of judges of public vessels, courts of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regional, the city of Dushanbe, city and district, economic courts of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regional and the city of Dushanbe according to appendix.

To Declare 2) invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 26, 2010 No. 776 "About establishment of number of judges of public vessels, courts of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regional, the city of Dushanbe, city and district, judges of economic courts of the Mountain and Badakhshonsky autonomous region, regional and the city of Dushanbe".
