About measures for strengthening of level of social security of the population, increase in the operating official pay rates of government employees, employees of budgetary institutions, the organizations, the sizes of pensions and grants

For the purpose of increase in welfare and ensuring social security of the population, according to Article 103 of the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan, Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About provision of pensions of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" and Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" I decide:

1. Since September 1, 2013:

- increase minimum wage in all industries of economy of the republic by 25 percent and establish it in the amount of 250 somoni a month;

- increase official pay rates of employees of preschool institutions, educational institutions in the amount of 30 percent and other organizations of the industries of education financed by the Government budget (except organizations and the organizations in which salary exceeds the salary level of government employees), in the amount of 20 percent;

- increase official pay rates of employees of organizations and organizations of branches of science, social protection, culture and employees of other organizations and organizations financed by the Government budget in the amount of 20 percent, organizations and the organizations in which salary is equated to the salary of government employees in the amount of 15 percent;

- increase official pay rates of the workers of industry of health care financed by the Government budget by 20 percent and establish the size of the basic salary for calculation of official pay rate of workers of industry of health care in the amount of 190 somoni;

- increase official pay rates (tariff charges) of public prosecutor's workers in the amount of 15 percent;
