1. Approve with enforcement from October 1, 2013 to October 1, 2014 the temporary compensating rate for services in transfer of oil on system of bulk distribution lines to KazTransOil joint-stock company in the amount of:
for export – the 4th 623, 76 tenges for 1 ton on 1000 km (excluding VAT);
on the domestic market – 1 909, 48 tenges for 1 ton on 1000 km (excluding VAT).
2. To department on regulation in the field of pipeline and water sewer systems of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Askarova A. G.) to accept this order to management.
3. To department of administrative work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Bazarbayev S. P.) to bring this order to the attention of Department on regulation in the field of pipeline and water sewer systems of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Askarov A. G.) and KazTransOil joint-stock company.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies Alpysbayev A. U.
