We inform that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the resolution of 17.04.2013 No. 278 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 2000 No. 544" (further - the resolution No. 278) is accepted.
The resolution No. 278 reworded as follows the Procedure for customs clearance of loads of the humanitarian assistance approved by the order of the Government of Ukraine of 22.03.2000 No. 544. In particular it is determined that:
the humanitarian goods are passed through customs border of Ukraine in first-priority procedure without obligatory preliminary customs declaring and without provision of the providing customs payment provided by the Section X of the Customs code of Ukraine on condition of availability of his receiver in the Unified register of receivers of the humanitarian assistance;
the customs clearance of humanitarian goods with release from the taxation is performed by customs authorities in the presence of the decision of the relevant specially authorized state body concerning the humanitarian assistance about recognition of goods the humanitarian assistance taking into account provisions of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance".
The resolution No. 278 is published in the official publication "Uryadovy Courier" No. 78(4964) from 25.04.2013, in this connection this resolution becomes effective from 0 o'clock 26.04.2013.
