1. State Article 166 in the following edition:
"Article 166. Procedure for execution of the punishment in the form of exclusion out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic
166.1. Exclusion out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic is applied in the cases provided by the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
166.2. The body or organization performing the primary punishment imposed concerning the foreigner or the person without citizenship condemned to additional punishment in the form of exclusion for limits of the Azerbaijan Republic, in two months prior to the expiration of fixed term of primary punishment, and in case of appointment as primary punishment of penalty right after receipt of the order about the direction of punishment to execution shall provide to the body performing additional punishment, the copy of the corresponding sentence, the information about the convict, the state of its accessory, condition of execution of the punishment (the place of serving sentence, movements of the convict, its early release and so forth), repayments of the damage caused as a result of crime.
