For the purpose of the address register coding of highways, determination of their initial and final points, the central lines and points of intersection are performed according to the procedure, established by relevant organ of the executive authority.

In case of delivery in use of the new highway or change of the name of the highway, the relevant organ of the executive authority appropriating the name within three days informs on it the relevant organ of the executive authority keeping the address register.".
