About further enhancement of activities of specialized professional colleges
For the purpose of providing requirements of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education", "About the National program for training", "About social security of disabled people" and creations of equal conditions of access for children with limited opportunities to receipt of secondary vocational, professional education the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on giving, since 2013-2014 academic years, to the Tashkent specialized industrial professional college and the Samarkand specialized professional college of the status of professional college for persons with limited opportunities.
Extend to the Tashkent specialized industrial professional college and the Samarkand specialized professional college of condition of the organization of activities, teaching and educational and rehabilitation process, financial and material logistics, stipulated by the legislation for professional colleges for persons with limited opportunities.
2. To the center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide the organization of teaching and educational and rehabilitation process in the Tashkent and Samarkand specialized professional colleges;
perform measures for strengthening of material and technical resources of the Tashkent and Samarkand specialized professional colleges within the means provided annually in parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Center of secondary vocational, professional education;
