Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 No. 1049 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by public organizations and the creative unions for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2011, to No. 79, by Art. 2917; 2012, No. 1, the Art. 28) changes which are applied.

1. In the name and the text of the resolution of the word "public organizations and the creative unions" shall be replaced with words "institutes of civil society".
2. According to the procedure of carrying out tender on determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by public organizations and the creative unions for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support is provided, approved by the specified resolution:
"Public organizations and the creative unions" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the Procedure for the word "institutes of civil society";
2) to add Item 1 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of such content:
"In this Procedure the term "institute of civil society" means public associations with the status of the legal entity and the creative unions which according to the legislation have the right to financial support at the expense of budgetary funds.".
