in the Instruction on customs clearance and customs control of the goods and vehicles moved through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- add with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. The following document forms are applied to customs clearance in customs regime of export by the participant of foreign economic activity:

- invoice (invoice);

- commodity-transport documents, depending on delivery mode: book of MDP (TIR CARNET), commodity-transport delivery note (CTDN), international automobile superimposed (CMR), air waybill, rail waybill of the international message (SMGS);

- the license or the import permit of specific goods from the Kyrgyz Republic concerning which legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic establish allowing procedure for export.";

- to add Item 7 after the word "registrations" with words ", in case of application of other customs regimes except for specified in Item 6-1,";
