About modification of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of unproductive agricultural holdings for development and conducting agricultural production" of June 17, 2008 No. 306

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of unproductive agricultural holdings for development and conducting agricultural production" of June 17, 2008 No. 306 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for provision of unproductive agricultural holdings for development and conducting agricultural production approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the fifth Item 3 to declare the paragraph invalid;

- third Item 11 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-the conclusions of the State design institute on land management Kyrgyzgiprozem of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Kyrgyzgiprozem) about low-productivity of the parcel of land prepared by results of inspection of high-quality condition in points of site class of soils and productivity of haymakings.";

- declare Item 27 invalid.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
