About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts in the field of primary professional education, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" and "About primary professional education" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of system of primary professional education" of April 25, 2003 No. 245 the following changes and amendment:

- in word preamble of "organizations and the organizations" shall be replaced with words "the educational organizations";

- in the paragraph the second Item 1 "organizations" shall be replaced with words the word "the educational organizations";

- the fourth Item 1 to declare the paragraph invalid;
