1. The order of the Government No. 827 of September 10, 2010. "About the organization and functioning of bodies of probation" (2010, Art. No. 166-168, 907), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item of 51 following contents:
"51. Establish the extreme number of the Central bureau of probation and its territorial subdivisions in number of 285 units with the annual salary fund within the assignments approved by the law on the government budget".
2. To perform employment of advisers of probation in number of 42 units step by step, since January 1, 2014, till December 31, 2016, within the assignments approved by the law on the government budget.
