For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of putting down of apostille on the official documents made in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, the Government DECIDES:

Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 163 of February 15, 2007. "About optimization of structure of the Ministry of Justice and approval of the Regulations on procedure for putting down of apostille" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 25-28, 177), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 1 to add 1) at the end with words "(further - the Convention)";

2) in Item 2 the word "procedure" to replace with the word "procedure";

Item 4 to add 3) with the following concepts:
