About measures for implementation of the investment project "Creation of National Geographical Information System"

1. Take into consideration that:

the loan agreement with Export-import bank of Korea on provision to the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan of concessional loan of Fund of economic development and cooperation (EDCF) for project implementation "Creation of the National geographical information system" in the Korean wons in the amount equivalent 15, by 0 million US dollars, for a period of 40 years, including ten-year grace period is signed;

within implementation of the specified project the multi-purpose information system for ensuring single nation-wide complex accounting and assessment of natural and economic capacity of the republic and its separate territories, operational providing state governing bodies, legal entities and physical persons with the cadastral information, necessary for their activities, will be created.

2. Determine that:

the contribution of the Republic of Uzbekistan to project implementation constitutes in equivalent 15, one million US dollars, from them 6, 05 million US dollars - in the form of exemption of taxes and customs payments;

the project implementation period - four years (2013-2017);

the expenses connected with repayment of principal debt and interest payment on EDCF loan become covered at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
