About modification and amendments in the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state of February 25, 1998 No. 1538-XIII
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state No. 1538-XIII of February 25, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 66-68, 442), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In article 2 "national park" after the words "natural" to add concept with the words "and cultural and historical", and after the word "cultural", - the word "tourist".
2. Part (Article 7 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) the structure of fund of the protected territories can include also the lands which are in private property, taken under the state protection and remaining property of owners of private lands. Determination of the rights and obligations of each party is performed on the basis of special provision.".
3. Add Article 13 with Item g) the following content:
"g) approves regulations on functioning on the categories of natural objects and complexes specified in the subitem b) Item 1) and the subitem and) Item 3) of part (1) Article 4.".
4. In Item b) Article 14 of the word "subitems a) and h)" shall be replaced with words "the subitem a)".
5. State Article 30 in the following edition:
"Art. 30. - National parks are created for preserving the natural complexes having special ecological, esthetic and cultural and historical value for the sake of optimum combination of natural landscapes and their long-term use in the scientific, cultural, tourist, educational and educational purposes.".
6. In Article 33 of the word "regulations on national park." shall be replaced with words "regulations on functioning.".
7. Subparagraph one of part (1) articles 34 after words "natural complexes of the park," to add with words "protection of cultural and historical and archaeological monuments,".
