1. Approve the enclosed Rules of customs clearance of the goods in transit moved with railway transport through customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.

Rules of customs clearance of the goods in transit moved with railway transport through customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. These rules are applied in case of customs clearance of the goods moved with legal entities and physical persons by rail in freight traffic in the transit mode through customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan and transported by Joint-stock company "The Kazakhstan temir Zhola national company (further - JSC Kazakhstan temir Zhola Oil Company).

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) unit of leviable goods - batch, moved according to one rail waybill (the bill of lading, other transport document);

2) customs authority of departure - customs authority where for batch transportation under customs control through customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan begins;

3) customs authority of appointment - customs authority where for batch transportation under customs control through customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan comes to an end.
