About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on civil aviation No. 1237-XIII of July 9, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 98-99, 292), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 4:

to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 4. Mission, the main functions and the main powers of the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure in the field of civil aviation";
