About change and amendment of Regulations about the automated interbank payment system

Based on the item f) h. (1) the Art. 5, Art. 11 and 48 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

The regulations about the automated interbank payment system approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 53 of March 2, 2006 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 39-42, 144), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 770 of September 3, 2010, to change and add as follows:

1. In subitem 2.5 after the item f) to add the item g) the following content:

"g) The center of electronic control, as the mandatirovanny participant who has no open account in ASMP and participates in ASMP on the basis of the agreement signed with National bank".

2. In subitem 2.53 after the item c) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

The identification code is assigned for the center of electronic control and the bank account is not opened.
