About modification and amendments in the Law on physical culture and sport of March 25, 1999 No. 330-XIV

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on physical culture and sport No. 330-XIV of March 2, 1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 83-86, 399), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law of the word "National Olympic Committee (NOC)" and "NOK" shall be replaced with words "National Olympic and sports committee" in the corresponding case, and words "Paraolimpiysky games" - words "Paralympic Games".

2. Add Article 3 with part (3) the following content:
