1. Bring in part the second article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 15, Art. 99; 1998, No. 49, Art. 301; 2004, No. 50, Art. 539; 2006, No. 8, Art. 89; 2009, No. 8, Art. 105; 2011, No. 4, Art. 22, No. 44, Art. 458; 2013, No. 7, Art. 65; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2012 No. 5404-VI) such changes:

the fifth after the words "which are in the territory of historical and cultural reserves" to add the paragraph with the words "and hydraulic engineering constructions of fishery technological reservoir";

the nineteenth after the words "hydraulic engineering protective constructions" to add the paragraph with words "(except hydraulic engineering constructions of fishery technological reservoir)".

2. This Law becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
