About entering of amendments into Appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of September 6, 2010 No. 115

For the purpose of improvement of process of tax administration on the VAT I ORDER:

In appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 115 of September 6, 2010. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 194-196, 656), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice at number 774 of September 16, 2010, to make the following additions:

1. Add Item 5 with the new paragraph of the following content at the end:

"Series, number and date of tax delivery note, fiscal code and number of registration as the payer of the VAT of the supplier are specified in appendix to tax delivery note".

2. Add Item 8 with the new paragraph of the following content at the end:

"If necessary to the tax delivery note printed independently also supplement according to the form established in appendix No. 2 of this order in which are specified its number (appendix 1, appendix 2, is published...), series and number of tax delivery note which integral part is appendix."

3. The subitem 3) and Item 12 the subitem 3) to add Item 10 with the new offer of the following content at the end:

"In case of issue of tax delivery note according to provisions of Art. 1171 of the h. (4) the Tax code only the code - 117-1-4 is specified."
