Having taken into consideration information of the member of Board (Minister) of power and infrastructure of the Eurasian economic commission Akhmetov D. K. about results of monitoring of execution of provisions of the Agreement on regulation of access to services of rail transport, including fundamentals of tariff policy, of December 9, 2010 (further - the Agreement), stating non-execution by state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space (further - state members) Item 2 of article 5 of the Agreement and according to article 20 of the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011, the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Notify state members on need of execution of Item 2 of article 5 of the Agreement regarding adoption of the documents establishing rules of access to services of infrastructure within the Common economic space, the rules of rendering services of infrastructure which are including the list of such services, the single principles of scheduling and distribution of handling capacity of infrastructure, the single principles of determination of priority of provision of access to services of infrastructure, the essential conditions of service provision agreements of infrastructure which are regulating questions of licensing, and also including other provisions necessary for ensuring access of carriers of state members to services of infrastructure.

Provide to state members within 1 month to the Eurasian economic commission information on elimination of the specified violations.
