About approval of methodical recommendations about value assessment of property of subjects to privatization
For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
- Regulations on realization of vehicles (number aggregates) which are in state-owned property, and technique of assessment of their cost.
2. Recognize to invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 1, 1999 No. 184 "About approval of Methodical instructions for value assessment of property of subjects to privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic";
- Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 15, 2001 No. 233 "About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of economy, investments and state-owned property of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
