1. To state part one of Article 10 in the following edition:

"1. The license can be granted: 

1) on rendering professional services - without restriction of effective period;

2) on implementation of the licensed type of business activity (except for import of alcohol, alcoholic products, tobacco products) - for certain term, but for three years at least;

3) on import of alcohol, the high-quality alcoholic products having the trademark (trademark) and which are not made in Turkmenistan and also tobacco products - no more than for one year.".

2. In Article 20 part one:

state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11) activities in the field of import, realization of alcohol, alcoholic products, tobacco products;";

add with Item 45 of the following content:

"45) activities in the field of realization of vehicles.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
