About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land to executive body of the government of the Gissar district

According to Articles 26 (1), 29 and 30 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Withdraw from lands of production cooperative and additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens of the Gissar district total area of 21,19 of hectare, from them: 20,75 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,08 under roads and 0,36 of hectare under arykam and to provide them to executive body of the government of the Gissar district under construction of the park of Culture and odykh.

2. Perform seizure of land the following procedure:

- from lands of production cooperative of L. Murodov 19,07 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland;

- from lands of additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens of Dzhamoat of villages Dekhkonobod of 2,12 of hectare, from them 1,68 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,36 under arykam and 0,08 of hectare under roads.

3. To executive body of the government of the Gissar district:

- instead of the withdrawn lands of additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens to fix by it the equivalent parcels of land;

- according to Article 41 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan before seizure of land to compensate losses of land users in full;

- according to Article 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of development of new lands instead of taken away, in accordance with the established procedure to compensate 2148372 (two million hundred forty eight thousand three hundred семдесять two) somoni of means of losses of agricultural production into the special account of the republican budget.
