About the Memorandum of understanding between standardization Agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Institute of standards of Turkey about cooperation in the field of standardization, metrology and assessment of conformity

According to article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Memorandum of understanding between standardization Agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Institute of standards of Turkey about cooperation in the field of standardization, metrology and assessment of conformity signed on May 9, 2013 in the city of Antalya.

2. To standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for implementation of this Memorandum of understanding.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Turkish side on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Republic of Tajikistan necessary for entry into force of this Memorandum of understanding.
