About the Agreement on cooperation between Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Merging of television and radio of Turkey
According to article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Agreement on cooperation between Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Merging of television and radio of Turkey signed on December 18, 2012 in the city of Ankara.
2. To committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for implementation of this agreement.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Turkish side on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Republic of Tajikistan necessary for entry into force of this agreement.
