About some questions of the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches concerning objects which construction is financed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget, and also about procedure for conducting check of reliability of determination of estimated cost of the specified objects

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Based on Item 5.1 of article 6 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation to determine that to objects, the organization and which conducting state examination of the project documentation is referred to powers of public authorities of the Russian Federation in the field of town-planning activities capital construction projects also belong, the construction or reconstruction of which is financed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget, except for capital construction projects of state-owned property of subjects of the Russian Federation (municipal property) on joint financing of capital investments in which of the federal budget subsidies are provided to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, including for the purpose of provision of subsidies to local budgets on joint financing of capital investments in objects of municipal property.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that:

a) state examinations of the project documentation and (or) results of engineering researches concerning capital construction projects, the construction or reconstruction of which is financed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget, begun before entry into force of this resolution, are subject to completion by bodies (public institutions) which began them;
